First time for everything

For this first post, it’s probably important to give a background on who I am which may either attract more readers or drive readers away. At least you will know what you are getting yourself into.

For starters, I am a proud father of 4 little kids and happy to say I have been married to my high school sweetheart for 10 years. We have been together for a total of 17 years. I would argue that I am the best thing to happen to my wife, but I am sure she would say differently. However, this is my blog, so we will just go with my story.

We currently live where my wife and I were both born and raised. We only moved away to go to college. Again, there is a bit of a disagreement on why we attended where we attended. Some say that I followed by then girlfriend now wife and I argue that she followed me. Again, my blog so my story.

Once I graduated college I moved back home and began to work. I’ll keep my employer out of this as my views are my own and do not reflect my employer. Once my wife decided to finish her victory lap in college we settled down and bought our first house. After having 2 of our kids, I got the great idea to go back to school to get my law degree. There will be a whole post dedicated to this in the future. While in school we had 2 additional kids, because why not. The youngest one we had during the first year of the pandemic. Let me tell you, when they say pandemic babies are different, they are totally different. Like as I am writing this, my youngest is using a boom whacker to stab a pillow. He’s a total wrecking ball.
